How do credits work?
One credit equals one match. It's your pass to follow the event. When the final whistle blows, the credit is consumed. Simple.
Can I get more credits?
Yes. We offer credit top-ups: 5 for $2.99, 15 for $6.99, or 50 for $14.99.
Can I cancel?
Yes. On the web, cancel anytime in your account settings. If you subscribed via the iOS or Android app, manage or cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Either way, you keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.
Payment methods?
Web subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Purchases made inside our iOS and Android apps are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in account settings; cancellation stops future renewals. We don't offer refunds for partial periods; App Store and Google Play purchases follow their refund policies.
